That’s such a lovely feature — you can really feel the heart behind what you do just from this write-up. I like how it emphasizes that it’s not only about the food, but the experience and the sense of community around it. That’s something a lot of places try to do, but not many succeed in.

It also got me thinking about how people today are more curious about what they’re eating, not just in terms of taste, but also how nourishing it is. Whenever I come across stories like this, I usually end up checking the nutritional side of meals too, just to understand portion balance and ingredients better.
