Savor the Flavors of Piedmont: Travel to Italy with Chef Tano in 2026

At Tano Bistro, we believe food is more than something you eat — it’s an experience, a memory, and a story. And in 2026, you’re invited to be part of one unforgettable story with us.

We’re thrilled to announce that our very own Chef Tano will be leading a once-in-a-lifetime Italian food and wine tour through Piedmont, Italy — a region known for its truffles, hazelnuts, Barolo wine, and breathtaking countryside. If you've ever dreamed of sipping wine in the hills of Monferrato, walking the cobbled streets of ancient cities, or learning Italian culinary techniques firsthand from Chef Tano himself, this is your chance.

You’ll be immersed in Italy’s most celebrated food and wine traditions while traveling through the stunning UNESCO-protected landscapes of Piedmont. Think: ancient castles, underground cathedrals, vineyard tastings, and hazelnut paths. And yes, there will be truffle hunting.

The Tano Touch

This post is a feast for the senses—Chef Tano’s upcoming tour sounds like the perfect way to savor Piedmont’s rich culinary and cultural heritage. For those looking to pair their gastronomic journey with a touch of medieval magic, the Castelli di Cannero on Lago Maggiore offer a hauntingly beautiful detour. These Cannero Castello ruins, also known as Cannero Burg, rise from the lake like a legend in stone and are now being transformed into a multimedia museum that brings centuries of history to life. Whether you're sipping Barolo or exploring lakeside fortresses, this Italian gem is a must for any traveler with a taste for the extraordinary.
