At the age of 22 I was given an opportunity to leave the city of Cincinnati and begin what would be a 5 year trip across the country to help manage, open and fix restaurants. Through the years of learning the restaurant industry and traveling the country, I met and got to know a great friend, David Miller. When David told me about this great opportunity, to be a part of something extraordinary in his hometown of Loveland, it was clear that it was an opportunity of a lifetime.

Inspired by my Grandmother, I come from a family that loves to cook and eat. I made the big move from the Philippines to the U.S where I met my husband and had two beautiful kids. I used my enthusiasm to work my way up in the industry starting at one of the busiest restaurants in downtown Cincinnati. With experience at the world-renowned Torrey Pines Golf Course in California and serving as the Bakery Assistant Manager for an International Market, I am now one of the newest members of the Tano family as their head Pastry Chef.

After over 10 years of corporate restaurant experience, primarily in the Greater Cincinnati area, I had the unique and amazing opportunity to live and work in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. In the 5 years that my family and I were there, I was the General Manager of one of the most popular, tourist brunch spots in Amsterdam. Through the experiences of living abroad in a large city paired with my corporate past, I was able to gain an immense and diverse education in the hospitality industry, which led me to this Loveland staple, Tano Bistro.

I was first inspired to cook when I was very young, by watching my Grandmother make biscuits on sunday mornings. I knew then, that I would be a Chef.

I am "French Trained", and I have 20 plus years of experience in the Culinary industry. I have also worked in one of the longest running 5 star restaurants in America. As a loving Husband and Father of two, it is my destiny to be the strong leader that I am. I previously worked for Tano Williams years ago in a different concept. The lessons I've learned from him, and the relationships that were made, have helped my career blossom, and I am grateful to be a part of the team.

At the age of 18, I began working for the 14th largest restaurant for volume in the U.S.  I started as a hostess and quickly moved up to the position of event manager, where I stayed for 32 years. Covid hit in 2021, and I found myself back in my hometown of Loveland, where I was born and raised. I thought about getting out of the restaurant business, but I knew it was my passion to work with customers and make sure that their special event is one that they will always remember.  I am now part of Team Tano and feel honored & blessed to be able to do what I love every day.
