Inspired by Hamilton’s new energy and old history we are set to open a new Tano Bistro in downtown Hamilton early next year. Taking many cues from our beloved Loveland Bistro, this spot offers a fresh dining experience in a classy yet comfortable, 100-seat dining space where the Tano team prepares seasonal and local fare with a focus on sustainability and simplicity.
